The CharFlies – My Baby Cries When I Don’t Come Home

Hailing from St. Louis, Missourah, the CharFlies refer to their style of music as “junk-folk”, drawing from multiple inspiration sources and always evolving. They share with us a song from their new album Linoleum Angel.

They tell us, “We cajoled the banjo player’s wife to shoot video of us for CXCW. We forgot to tell her to shoot the couch, but it’s there, just behind the lead singer/washboard player’s back.” That’s alright, gang. The power of the couch is evident here.
